Is phone unlocking legal? Am I breaking the law?

Unlocking your phone in Canada & the USA is 100% legal. However, if you are outside of Canada you may be required to get permission from your carrier to unlock your device.

Once I unlock my phone, will I have to unlock it again after updating it?

No, once you use our unlocking services once, you will never have to input an unlock code again as your phone will be permanently unlocked even after updating the firmware or OS

My phone isn’t listed on your site. Can you still unlock it?

It depends. Feel free to drop us a message with your device make, model and network it is locked to. We will quickly reply and let you know if we have a solution for you!

How can I pay for a code?

We use paypal to facilitate all payments. If you have an account you can easily pay directly from your bank account! You can also pay with a credit card through Paypal even though you don’t have an account.

I paid for a code but I still haven’t received anything. What gives?

We have an automatic e-mail delivery system once your code has been retrieved from our databases. However certain e-mail providers will label our messages as junk. Please check your junk e-mail box to see our e-mail is there. If not, don’t worry. You can also track your order through our site. If you still haven’t received anything our support team will be ready to assist you.

I got your auto e-mail but my code says “Not Found”. What does that mean?

The most common reasons why you get “Not Found” as a code is either you have given us the incorrect IMEI number or incorrect network. You can simply e-mail or call us to get another code result or get a 100% refund.

I got a code but it’s not working. What should I do?

Our unlock codes are 99.5% accurate. First check to see if you have followed our instructions correctly. Second, verify that you have entered the code in correctly. If it’s still not working verify that you have given us the correct IMEI, make, model of your device and network.

If all the information you sent us is accurate, you must provide with video proof displaying the phones IMEI number and unlock code sequence being punched in. Additionally, different devices have different refund requirements. So please contact us first before making the refund video.

How does your guarantee work? How can I get a refund?

We guarantee our codes to be 100% working and we will happy to give you a refund if our codes do not work. We will offer you a refund only if:

  • Your code says “Not Found”
  • Provide visual proof that a code we gave you fails to unlock your device. Due to the nature of the unlocking business we require an image or video clip of your device showing the code error. Please contact us first, as different devices have different refund requirements
  • We have exhausted our support options and still fail to unlock your device.

What if my phone doesn't ask for a code and has the "Device Unlock App"?

After 2015 a lot of carriers in the U.S. begin adding a pre-installed app on the phone called "Device Unlock". Which causes it to not prompt for a code. But no worries, we absolutely can unlock these phones. We do hundreds of them a week. Instead of providing a code for the phone, we simply remote unlock it, like we would an iPhone.
