Trying to get my imei cleaned, not get an unlock code- my Pixel is network unlocked. Do you guys do I'm cleaning or did I purchase the wrong service?

No, no such message pops up. My phone is OEM unlocked to all carriers, I was looking to have my imei cleaned not the phone unlocked.
