I nid refund

I have payed to unlock a galaxy s8+ SM-G955F on the 28th of september but I havent gotten any code or not even a refund. At last i decided to contact them and was in contact with them three times. The first time they promised me refund under 48h next time under 12h and last time exact same day but I did not recieve. I demand the refund. Regards
