I have received email saying "sucess" but there is no code included in email! The trying to follow instructions hoping code auto populates discovered phone doesn't prompt for code. So following other instructions went to play store to down load metropcs device unlock app and to realize there is no such app available, nor one for t-mobile! So what do I do now? I've sent multiple emails to support staff with no reply! Someone please tell me that I haven't wasted my money!
