Unlock code not working

Hi recently purchased a code for a note 4 from tmobile but after putting the network unlock code that you guys send me its still saying invalid code entered can i get some help please

Hi Roger, Thanks for contacting us, can you please clear when you insert another network SIM on your phone then is your phone prompt for unlock code or is there an T-Mobile Device Unlock APP in your phone.

Hi there's no unlock app on my tmobile phone is only asking me for a network unlock code but the. One you guys sent me it says invalid network passsword when ever i enter it

Hi Roger, Sprint is a CDMA network and as such if this device does not have a GSM slot, then it cannot be GSM unlocked. Usually these IMEI’s start with 99.

Hi, I am having the same problem as Rodgers except my note 4 is already att and the phone isn't accepting the new unlock code, please help me?
