My phone is a Motorola Moto z phone Verizon not at&t and it said it failed I haven't done anything yet that's what I got when I checked the status on my order

Thanks for contacting us, First Please check when you insert another network SIM on your phone then is your phone asking for Enter Unlock Code Because Verizon Network works with CDMA Frequency Not GSM, maybe there is no slot for insert GSM Chip in your phone. IF there is slot or your phone not asking for Unlock Code then this phone can not Unlock.
